pizza: I have a favorite recipe for sloppy joes that calls for a can of pizza sauce, but I have been unable to find it in my grocery store. Can I substitute spaghetti or tomato sauce? It'll be a bit different from pizza sauce (especially depending on brands, flavors, etc).
